Turns out exercise is not only good for your body- it's great for your head, too!
Problems like anger, frustration, or poor self-esteem can be "worked out" with the right "workout"!Got some anger you need to re-direct? Try rowing, swimming or walking- activities that don't require much quick thinking or decision making allow you to "zone out", which is very calming to your brain!
