95-year-old Lois White is a great-great-grandma who sings, dances and plays pickleball twice a week! Yes…PICKLEBALL. And she holds her own against whippersnappers in their 50s and 60s. She also plays cards every week, picked up square-dancing and wants to learn the mandolin. Local news profiled her five years ago at a spry 90-years-old too!
Her advice to younger people is to “keep moving.”
